This is now my third review of Amazing dental solution. I’ve given them back a 5 star review since they came back and fixed all the issues and then some. Let me start by saying that the office manager Nancy reached out to me to make things right. I was not exited to go back there and get my teeth imprints done again but she assured me that they needed to get done in order to produce better trays. Hesitant I went in for yet another visit. Miguel took it upon himself to provide the most pleasant and professional experience. I got the imprints done and it was a matter of time to get the trays. On October 5 at 12:30 I got my new trays. I had mentioned to Miguel how the original trays had bothered me so much because they had rough edges and did not feel comfortable for more than a couple of minutes. Well that was pre Miguel in action!!! Now the new tray feet like they should! No rough edges, not cut like a third grader had cut them and the material was different. Softer more flexible. They recaptured my business and more important my confidence. Amazing dental provided me with a courtesy mouth guard that I was interested in but was skeptical to use them as my provider. The mouth guard was EXCELLENT! They also provided additional whitening gel for my new trays. Thank you amazing dental for going above and beyond. I will see you guys for my next dental cleaning. I had originally given this place 5 stars however I had to go back and change my rating. This change is going only for the additional service that I got for teeth whitening. I spent $350 for a custom dental trays and whitening solution ( more on that in a few). I called the office on 8-28-2023 in the morning and spoke with Rejae Williams to confirm the delivery of my trays. She told me she would call me back to however she did not. I called again on Friday and finally they found my trays. This being the a Friday prior to Labor Day weekend she mentioned that they would be closing early for the holiday. So I went to pickup my trays and got subpar quality fitting trays. It looked like a preschooler had cut them with an old pair of scissors. The fit and finish was quickly noticed and had to have them re-print them. I just picked up my new trays and they did a better job the second time around. The problem now is that after a week long using the solution that came with package has done very little to whitening my teeth. I explained this to the office. There response was; “If you drink coffee, smoke or drink wine, this will not give you the results you are looking for “. I don’t drink coffee ( medical issues), nor do I smoke or drink wine. On the positive side they did give me one small whitening solution and I had to purchase an additional one for $25 dollars. Bottom line avoid this place for anything other than cleaning. $375 dollars and three trips later I think I would have gotten better results from OTC whitening strip from Walmart. I was a little skeptical of all the positive reviews on line prior to coming to this dental office based on previous experience. The reviews matched what I experienced during my routine dental cleaning. I got my teeth smooth clean with the traditional brush and with the ultrasonic water pick ( don’t know the name of the device). The dentist and his assistants took there time explaining what they were going to do and executed even better. If I could give them more stars I would. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for well rounded dental office.

Ashley was super sweet and very helpful with getting me set up and overall the whole staff was very professional and welcoming! Dr. Mesa was also amazing, you can tell he cares about his patients and also knows what he’s talking about! Highly recommend

I love this place. Everyone here is amazing from the reception, office staff to the dentist. Thanks for keeping my only set of teeth in great condition. I’ll be back in 6 months.

I checked out 5 different dentist to a final decision to go with Amazing Dental Solution. They live up to their name as well as what they stand for. I Had total dental implants top and bottom with absolute no pain after teeth pulled and implants put in. It's only been 2 weeks and still no pain! They truly care about their patients and you! Can't say enough about Dr Amaning and his staff! Highly recommended! Should have done sooner! THANK YOU!
